DETROIT (WWJ) Michigan State Police (MSP) say a road rage incident led to a freeway shooting on I-94 near Midtown in Detroit.
According to MSP, the shooting happened on Sunday, July 13, around 6:00 p.m. on the eastbound side of the freeway at Trumbull. Detroit Regional Communications Center received calls of a felonious assault.
MSP said troopers arrived and found a bullet hole in the caller’s vehicle. Their preliminary investigation revealed the caller, a 31-year-old Southfield man, was driving eastbound when he got into a road rage incident with the driver of a tan vehicle.
