NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 43-year-old man suffered two broken legs after a tree fell on him in Harlem during the storms Monday night, authorities said.
It happened at about 8:30 p.m. at the crosswalk on West 148th Street and Bradhurst Avenue, officials said.
