The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating missing juvenile Rahfee Goupton. Rahfee was last seen April, 23, 2025, on the 50xx block of Cottage Street. Rahfee was last seen in the area of 24th & Lehigh Avenue and 15th& Clearfield Street.
