The City of Socorro, Texas, has extended an invitation to animal lovers near and far, calling for assistance in a noble cause. In an announcement made through their official Facebook page, they introduced a family of dogs, a mother and her four Border Collie mix puppies, that were found abandoned in a vacant lot close to the Maxine area. The animals are now in the care of the City of Socorro’s Animal Control Services Department and are looking for homes that will provide the love and care they deserve.
