A Kansas man faces charges for allegedly running over a motorcyclist in southwest Columbia, then fleeing the scene.
Donald Legleiter, 36, of De Soto, Kansas, is charged with first-degree assault, armed criminal action, and leaving the scene of an accident with physical injury. He’s being held without bond.
