OLD FORT, N.C. (828newsNOW) — A vehicle crash has shut down one lane of Interstate 40 East near Old Fort in McDowell County, according to transportation officials.
The incident occurred just past Exit 75 at Parker Padgett Road, near mile marker 75.5. As of about 3:10 p.m. Tuesday, the right lane remained closed.
