Elderly woman rescued from pool after going into cardiac arrest

JOHNS ISLAND, S.C. (WCBD) – An elderly woman was saved Tuesday after she went into cardiac arrest while in a pool on Johns Island.

Responders with St. John’s Fire District, St. Andrew’s Fire Department, and Charleston County EMS arrived at the scene on Stono View Road after 2 p.m.
