CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Two men are now facing charges in connection with a mass shooting in Uptown early Sunday morning.
Damien Evans Jr and Shawn Cannon are in jail facing weapons charges for the shooting that left one dead and several others injured.
