FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A 19-year-old was found asleep with a firearm on his lap in Fresno, police said Tuesday.
Officers responded to the area of Marks Avenue and McKinley Avenue. Officers first located the vehicle, which was parked, with the windows rolled down.
The 19-year-old was found sleeping inside the vehicle. Officers said they were able to safely retrieve the firearm and take the 19-year-old into custody without incident. A second firearm was found on the floorboard where the suspect was sitting…
