GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – Thousands of pounds of tires have been illegally dumped across Greenville County, and investigators are working to identify the persons responsible.
Tuesday’s cleanup off Commerce Road marked the third cleanup in the last two weeks.
