CLINTON, Tenn. — Kiddie Korner of Clinton Nursery and Preschool is currently under investigation by the Department of Human Services, the Department of Children’s Services and the Clinton Police Department after an incident occurred where a child was hurt.
On June 27, DHS issued violations against the daycare after inappropriate discipline had been used by staff and children were forced to stay on mats for too long.
WBIR spoke to Kiddie Korner’s CEO, Melissa Agee-Duf,f about the reports last month, “She did lay them down forcefully, by no means was the child thrown down it was just a little rougher than what we would want as parents, and she did put her legs on the child to lay them down at nap time”…
