Man arrested after shooting involving stolen handguns in Lancaster

LANCASTER CITY, Pa. (WHTM) — A man was arrested after allegedly firing shots with stolen handguns in Lancaster City yesterday.

According to the Lancaster City Bureau of Police, on July 13, at 2:41 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 1st block of Prospect Street for a report of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers secured the scene and located several witnesses.
