ROCHESTER, N.Y. – On Tuesday, Christopher Long, Jr, 26, was convicted by a jury for aggravated vehicular homicide, two counts of manslaughter, driving while intoxicated, and driving while intoxicated with a BAC of .08 or more for causing the deaths of Aleci Lopez and Skylar Swift.
On November 22, 2024, a car crashed into a tree near the Culver Road Exit on I-490. There were four people in the car driven by Christopher Long, Jr. Skylar Swift, 18, was pronounced dead at the crash site. Aleci Lopez, 23, suffered serious injuries and was immediately taken to Strong Memorial Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
