A Buffalo woman is facing a felony assault charge after attacking a deputy at the Erie County Holding Center earlier this month, the Erie County District Attorney’s Office announced Thursday.
Dominique D. Tabb, 37, has been charged with one count of second-degree assault following a July 6th incident where she is accused of punching, kicking, and stomping a correctional deputy just after 11am.
