CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Billboards stating, “Yes! I buy crack houses” and “Your house is trash? I’ll pay cash,” have been appearing around Cleveland, and one was recently vandalized.
One billboard in the Cleveland Battery Park area was defaced Wednesday.
19 News has reached out to businessman John Williams, who put up the billboard, for a comment on the vandalism.
