The latest phase of the newest shopping center in Clovis is taking shape with exterior construction nearing completion for at least 10 more businesses.
Located at the southwest corner of Leonard and Shaw avenues in the growing area of east Clovis, the Loma Vista Marketplace is set to expand to 130,000 square feet for lease, including room for three large retail chains.
Ulta Beauty, Tractor Supply and Grocery Outlet all are expected to move into the Loma Vista Marketplace in the coming months, according to sources.
