Clark County couple arrested for child exploitation and other charges

JEFFERSONVILLE — Indiana State Police arrested a Clark County husband and wife Tuesday, July 15, 2025, for child exploitation and related crimes following a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

In December 2024, the Indiana State Police Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force in Sellersburg launched an investigation after receiving cyber tips from NCMEC indicating that a specific communications app account was potentially used to transmit child sexual abuse images or videos. Based on information gathered, investigators obtained a search warrant for a Buckthorne Drive residence in Jeffersonville as well as search warrants for 37-year-old Jeffery Thor Fast and 37-year-old Savana Jane Fast, both from Jeffersonville.

On Tuesday, July 15, 2025, members of the ICAC Task Force, with the assistance of the Jeffersonville Police Department, executed the search warrants, seizing digital devices and other items from the address. As a result of the investigation, both Jeffery and Savana Fast were arrested without incident. Both individuals were taken to the Clark County Jail and are each charged with Voyeurism, a Level 6 Felony, Child Exploitation, a Level 5 Felony, and Obstruction of Justice, a Level 6 Felony.
