WILMINGTON, Del. (WHTM) – A Delaware man has been sentenced to 12 years in prison for his role in the kidnapping of a Pennsylvania man that involved a Pennsylvania State Police chase.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Delaware, Donnie Taylor conspired with a juvenile and Kyaire Finch to lure the victim to a New Castle parking lot “on the promise of sex” on October 17, 2022.
