SHREVEPORT, La. — A Shreveport native is drawing up big plans—and they just might shape the city’s future.
Lilly England, a recent graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), finished at the top of her architecture class with a perfect 4.0 GPA. Now, she’s setting her sights on a career that could leave a lasting mark on the buildings and spaces we live, work, and gather in.
