A 31-year-old Wichita man on parole has been arrested in a July 6 homicide, according to arrest records released Wednesday morning.
The man was arrested on suspicion of intentional, second-degree murder and criminal possession of a firearm used in a crime by a felon in the killing of 32-year-old Kelly Black of Wichita. The suspect was released from prison and put on parole in February, according to Kansas Department of Corrections records.
