NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A garbage truck was stuck inside the Downtown Tunnel in Norfolk, according to Virginia State Police.
State Police received a call in reference to the incident around 3:05 p.m.
The truck struck the ceiling and gouged approximately 230 feet of ceiling tiles.
