Our monsoon moisture took a quick trip to southern Arizona yesterday, but slowly that moisture flow is realigning with the Borderland. That will increase our rain chances both Thursday and Friday. Here’s your exclusive 9-Hour Forecast for Thursday:
TONIGHT: The skies will be partly cloudy with a chance of isolated area t-storms. Some individual storms may crop up late in the evening. The SW winds will range from 5-15 mph, and the low will be a warm 78. Occasional gusts will be possible as area storms break apart.
FORECAST: Thursday will be partly cloudy and 97 with widely scattered late day t-showers. The threat of brief, heavy rainfall out of individual storms increases on Thursday. Friday will be partly cloudy and 98 with scattered late day t-showers. Brief, heavy rainfall will be possible on Friday as well. A ridge of high pressure builds back for the weekend. Saturday will be hot and partly cloudy with a high of 100. Sunday will be partly cloudy and 101 with a slight chance of late day t-storms.
