MADISON, WIs. — Opera in the Park will be returning Saturday on Madison’s west side, most likely causing traffic impacts, the City of Madison announced in a statement.
Garner Park, along with South Rosa Road and South Hill Drive, will be affected from 5 to 11:30 p.m.
