ST. LOUIS – A man was left dead after being shot in south St. Louis Tuesday night.
According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department (SLMPD), the shooting took place shortly before 11 p.m. on the 2400 block of South Wharf Street in south St. Louis’ Kosciusko neighborhood.

After the shooting, the man was left in critical condition and later succumbed to his injuries Wednesday morning, according to SLMPD.
