FREEPORT, Ill. (WIFR) – An investigation into a Sound Thinking alert shows evidence of shots fired on S. Blackhawk Avenue, officials say.
Just before 11:30 p.m. July 12, Freeport police responded to the 500 block of S. Blackhawk Avenue for a Sound Thinking Alert.
