TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A man is in custody after allegedly acting erratically, confronting vehicles, and shooting a gun in the air in Tucson on Wednesday, July 16.
The Tucson Police Department said it happened near the intersection of Speedway and Stone, near the Pima Community College downtown campus.
