WOODBRIDGE, Va. (7News) — The Prince William County Police Department, in collaboration with multiple federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, executed approximately 14 search warrants as part of an ongoing investigation into a violent altercation and shooting at the Babylon Café in Woodbridge on April 13.
Detectives have linked the incident to the Wheels of Soul motorcycle gang.
