CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Residents of the Mount Pleasant neighborhood are finally getting results after dealing with not one but two houses falling apart.
“It brings the value down, we’re fixing this [his house] up to bring the value up to our property, and they just need to figure it out,” said David Cleveland. “People just want to see a start, clean it up, start from there.”
