RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Three cats were abandoned in cat carriers for hours outside of Richmond Animal League (RAL) in the early morning on Wednesday, prompting a call from the shelter.
According to RAL, its clinic team arrived at the shelter at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, July 16, and found three cat carriers abandoned outside, near the curb.
