SACRAMENTO, Calif. – California Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara has taken action against Innovative Partners, LP by issuing a Cease and Desist Order for operating as an unauthorized insurance company in California.
The order comes amid allegations of selling misleading health insurance coverage.
