FRANKLIN, La. (NEWS 15) — A months-long investigation into a report of shots fired in Franklin has resulted in the arrest of a second suspect in Lafayette.
The Franklin Police Department reported Tate Foco, 19, of Franklin, was taken into custody on Wednesday, July 16, with help from the Lafayette Police Department.
