SIOUX FALLS — Two South Dakotans received recognition from state law enforcement this week after authorities say they worked together to pull a crash victim out of a burning vehicle on the Interstate.
The South Dakota Highway Patrol issued its Life-Saving Award to Derek Murphy, a resident of White, as well as another man who wished not to be identified.
