PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The United States dominated the men’s freestyle competition last weekend at the U20 Pan American Championships, winning by a record 77 points.
All five of the U.S. U20 World Team members won individual gold medals, including Oregon State’s Justin Rademacher in the 97kg category. The West Linn native went 4-0 in the competition, taking down athletes from Brazil, Canada, Mexico, and Panama. In four matches, he secured two technical falls, a pin and an injury default win.
