NORRISTOWN — An Ambler man who spent time in jail a decade ago for inappropriate texting with an underage girl was sent back to jail, this time for indecently touching a 17-year-old girl in 2023.
Rudolph Dukes, 67, of the 400 block of Railroad Avenue, was sentenced in Montgomery County Court to 9 to 23 months in the county jail on a misdemeanor charge of indecent assault in connection with an April 2023 incident in Ambler.
Judge William R. Carpenter also ordered Dukes to complete three years of probation consecutive to parole, meaning Dukes will be under court supervision for about five years…
