Middleburgh man gets up to 4 years in prison in connection with man’s death

A Middleburgh man was sentenced on Thursday to up to 4 years in prison in connection with the death of a man in 2023.

Michael Todtschinder was convicted in May on counts of tampering with physical evidence and concealment of a human corpse.

Jeffrey Mickle was found dead with several apparent gunshot wounds in the town of Broome in November 2023. Todtschinder was found a few days later near Scranton, Pennsylvania and arrested…
