BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Clarence man was arrested and charged with online enticement of a minor after he allegedly attempted to meet with someone he believed to be a 12-year-old girl for sex, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
On Jan. 9, a law enforcement officer created a Facebook profile for a fictional 12-year-old named “Alexis Jones.” “Jones” and 33-year-old Daniel Gregory allegedly connected on the platform and spoke via Facebook Messenger, sometimes sexually.
