CHEATHAM COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — Jackson Palmore is one of the quietest eight-year-olds you’ll ever meet. He lets his car do the talking.
“It’s kind of fun going fast,” Palmore said. “I’ve won two championships.”
Palmore is one of nearly 100 drivers who compete at the 41A Speedway in Pleasant View — a track that’s been around for 14 years.
