The FBI is investigating newly elected Detroit 36th District Judge Andrea Bradley-Baskin and her father in a case focusing on an alleged conspiracy involving bribery, fraud, and the exploitation of vulnerable individuals in the probate court system, including seniors and those with developmental disabilities, The Detroit News reports, citing a sealed federal search warrant.
The investigation was underway before she was elected last November to the bench.
