Fresno teen dies after battling cancer, fundraiser now for funeral expenses

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A Fresno teen, who was battling cancer, passed away on Wednesday evening.

The owners of Panda-Monium International, a family-owned business that was holding an auction to help aid Gabriel Garcia Jr.’s fight against cancer, told YourCentralValley.com the teenager has passed away.

Garcia Jr. was battling Osteosarcoma, which is a type of bone cancer. The family-owned business was holding an auction, offering a wide range of sports memorabilia, to help with the costs of Garcia Jr.’s treatment.
