Corona Organizes `Good Trouble Lives On’ Rally

A rally will be held in Corona Thursday as part of the “Good Trouble Lives On” national day of nonviolent action on the fifth anniversary of the death of Rep. John Lewis.

The 10 a.m. rally at Rimpau Park is organized by Service Employees International Local 2015, which bills itself as the largest union in California, representing more than 500,000 long-term care workers.

Lewis, one of the “Big Six” leaders of the Civil Rights Movement, coined the phrase “Good Trouble” to explain the action of coming together to take peaceful, non-violent action to challenge injustice and create meaningful change…
