MIDLOTHIAN – As the flood waters from the Guadalupe River were threatening to wash out the same areas in Central Texas again this past weekend, a number of local first responders joined the groups in the Kerrville and Kerr County area to help with the search and rescue mission.
As of this past weekend, there were at least 129 people reported dead from the catastrophic flash flood on July 4.
There were still more than 170 people still missing….
