MILWAUKEE — We Energies confirmed a power outage affected at least 2,000 customers in Milwaukee’s Bay View, Walker’s Point and Harbor District neighborhoods on Sunday.
The outage, We Energies said, was due to a Mylar balloon hitting a power line near Jones Island.
