A Las Vegas man has been sentenced to at least 21 years in prison for fatally shooting his neighbor during a parking dispute. The case also involved an earlier attempted shooting in a similar situation. Robert Salone, 43, entered an Alford plea in April, meaning he did not admit guilt but accepted that there was enough evidence to convict him of first-degree murder and attempted murder.
The incident that led to Salone’s imprisonment happened in October. He confronted Christopher “Dice” Allen, 33, because Allen’s car was partially blocking his driveway.
