SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — Firefighters evacuated residents from an apartment building Monday evening as a brush fire threatened the Pine Valley Ranch complex.
The half-acre blaze broke out just after 6 p.m. July 15 near the Safeway at 32nd Avenue and Highway 27, directly behind the apartment building, according to Spokane Valley Fire Department (SVFD).
