An 80-year-old woman told police that she’s “lucky to be alive” after she and another man, along with a police officer, were hurt in an attack, Suffolk County District Attorney Kevin Hayden’s office said Thursday.
On July 3, Abraham Galindo, 31, of Boston, was charged with assault and battery on a person over 60 or disabled with serious injury, assault and battery on a person over 60 or disabled, and assault and battery on a police officer.
Galindo was released on personal recognizance, but Judge Steven Kim ordered that he remain under the care of a psychiatrist and take his medication, Hayden’s office said in a statement…
