Clarksville planners propose 2 hours of free parking downtown

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Clarksville Planning Commission is moving toward offering two hours of free parking downtown, but there’s more discussion to be had before anything is finalized.

The proposal is focused on the importance of a grace period for shoppers to try and draw more people to downtown Clarksville.
