NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) — Beginning this fall, North Myrtle Beach will require something new to be submitted with building permit applications.
As of Sept. 1, a current property survey must be submitted for projects as big as building a new home to smaller additions like a new garage or shed on an existing property.
