MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – Tuesday, the Montgomery City Council voted to impose a curfew on Montgomery residents under the age of 18 starting at 9 p.m. on weekdays and 11 p.m. on weekends.
The first two times someone is found to have violated the curfew, it’s a $500 fine. For any future violations, offenders could face up to six months of jail time.
