SMYRNA, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Smyrna Police Department has identified the man arrested Tuesday after officers responded to reports of an active shooter at a liquor store.
According to a news release from the SPD, Renaudd Broaden was arrested as a result of the incident that occurred on Tuesday, July 15, at Legacy Wine and Spirits on Lee Victory Parkway.

Police said Broaden shot his gun at multiple employees at the business.
Officers with SPD, the Murfreesboro Police Department, Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office and the La Vergne Police Department arrested Broaden after an hours-long barricade situation.
