New Law Allows For Tickets to Be Issued During Construction

Almost as soon as you get your driver’s license, there are two places you figure out you really don’t want to speed. First and foremost is a school zone, of course.

For the sake of children’s safety first and foremost, but also because there’s usually law enforcement hanging around keeping people under the speed limit, and you want to avoid a ticket that comes with a stiffer penalty.

The other is construction zones, for the same reasons. But now it won’t even matter if law enforcement is lurking nearby, because in the State of Colorado, it’s likely someone – or something – is watching anyway…
